York's RSDC Inc. is the winner of 10,000 Friends of Pennsylvania's inaugural Louis J. Appell Jr. Leadership Award.

The award, in its first year, is intended to be the highest award given by 10,000 Friends — a statewide nonprofit dedicated to the improvement of the Commonwealth — to private sector companies, according to a media release.
