Right now, six out of the thirteen apartments are rented by tenants. It took RSDC only three weeks to fill those vacancies – it won’t take long for the remaining seven to be filled.

Each apartment includes on-site parking, gorgeous granite countertops, stainless steel appliances, and new floors.

Originally built in 1887, RSDC worked hard to preserve the original doorways, archways, windows, and trimwork.
